Bike Bus
On Saturday, June 1, LB Utilities will be hosting the Explore DeForest Wetlands event from 9-1pm. We will be hosting a bike bus that will get attendees to and from the event, leaving in the morning to arrive at DeForest Park by 9:30am and returning from the park leaving at 1:00 pm.
We will start rolling at Reservoir Park at 8:52am and proceed to the stops in order (#1 to #6), and in the afternoon we’ll take the same route back.
If you’re interested in joining, make sure you air up your bike tires in advance as we will likely not have time (or manpower) to take care of flats while en route.
Feeder Ride
We’ll also have a separate feeder ride departing from Gaucho Beach at 9:00am and returning from the park at 1:00pm. This ride will be a straight shot with no intermediate stops. It will go up the LA River Path.
